Hi all,

Planning my first solo trip to South East Asia, arriving in KL in January.

I enjoy meditation and learning about Buddhist principles, and wondered if anyone could recommend a retreat? Probably something from 3-7 days.

Most of the retreats I've come across focus largely on meditation, but it would be great if there was also one that including teaching sessions.

I have no concrete plans as yet, although my initial list of countries is: Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines. Could be swayed to visit Indonesia/Bali again if recommendations encourage it!
