I wanted to touch on a topic that I often see people confused by, tourist visas (and other visa's in general). I see so much confusion about this topic out there online, and a lot of miss information too.



I found this post on the topic of Thailand tourist visas a little while ago which has some great information and has helped me out a number of times, I also use the site to download my visa extension application forms and print them on the road which speeds up immigration processes for me. So I though perhaps it could help someone else.



None of us really know what the future holds for the travel industry at the moment, especially long-haul travel but there is some information about the current situation and what to expect once tourist begins to restart in Thailand.

Long gone those days when you just pay 200 baht for a express immigration. So normally I would suggest you to wait till August 2021, as by then international travel will increase, all thanks to the vaccination process started in many countries and I am sure that Thai visa will not a as strict as its right now, as tourism is a major industry for Thai economy. So the best option will be to wait & watch.
