Laos Kip for Sale

Posted by pak_sowme on 8/10/2015 at 00:37

Hi All I just got back from Laos and have around 934,000 kip left over. I thought I'd be able to change it at the money changer at the airport in Laos but they were closed and in Bangkok they don't change Kip. 934,000 kip is approximately 165 SGD. This is much better value than withdrawing money within Laos itself. Or, at any money changers I've seen in Laos including the larger cities and capital. My contact is pak_sowme@yahoo.com So let me know if you're interested. Thank Joyce ...

After walking around looking for a budget option in Luang Prabang and only seeing filthy smelly double rooms for around 70,000 kip, or good rooms for over 150,000, finally we stumbled across Phontida Guesthouse. 80,000 kip for a double room, Very Clean, attached bathroom. Quite close to town and just a stumble home from Utopia. Cheap delicious food on the menu, starting at $15,000 kip for a massive breakfast or lunch. Posted by Veritrope on 4/11/2013 at 03:00

Here's one more for the "Laos Additions" file: Just came back from a night in Nong Khiaw where we stayed at a place called the Mandala Ou Resort. Lauren and I were invited as part of a group to help the owners work out the kinks during their opening week. We paid for our stay, albeit at a slight discount because the place is new and they wanted to get our feedback. Location was beautiful -- right on the Ou River with a view of a huge limestone cliff. We stayed in a bungalow which f ...

(I think one-on-one classes are also offered). Prices are pretty cheap -- the mos ...
