About a week ago I received a very nice email from a couple of travelfishers who had just finished their trip in the region. It read in part:
"Myself and my girlfriend have recently returned from a 4 month trip around Thailand, Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia. We just wanted to thank your team for all the great advice and information - it's been our bible during our trip!
I have made a three part video of the trip which you may want to post somewhere on your website.

Thailand was the last Asian country we were in before heading to Europe. Previously we'd been through Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and all we can say is wow, what a time!
Here's a little look at Thailand and all that we experienced!
Firstly, you're never too old to enjoy a full moon party!
I was a little apprehensive at first due to not wanting to be that 'old' couple at a party and knowingly staying awake past midnight; Two thoughts that were never thought o ...
We recently went to Vietnam and wow! Such a versatile country! From beaches to cascading rice fields in the highlands. From crazy intense traffic to quiet and peaceful hikes in the mountains.
We were fortunate enough to be able to visit this country; an amazing place to travel, which we highly recommend!
We spent 3 weeks here and tried to cram as many of the sites in as we could haha!
Places we spent our time in were
- Ho Chi Minh
- Hoi An
- HaLong Bay
- Sapa ...
We have recently created a travel channel on YouTube capturing some of our favorite moments and sights.
I would love your feedback and suggestions on how to improve on the videos. Planning to backlog and add more videos in the future. ????
I also wanted to ask where your favorite tropical paradise is?
Part 2 of our Philippines trip!

The better half says this is her favourite video yet, I say she's biased haha. Let me know what you think!
Hi all, in case anyone needed some motivation to book themselves a ticket to the Philippines, here's a little edit which may help with the decision
This video mainly showcases Cebu Island, with some shots also taken around Bohol and Dumaguete islands.
There is a part 2 coming which will feature the likes of Boracay, Coron, and a little preview of a private island we were invited to by an extremely rare couch surfing find!
Let me know what you think?
Costa Rica is very careful about nature and completely switched to renewable energy sources. About 8% of electricity is generated by wind turbines. They are located throughout the country in the mountains. Walk to a height of 1630 meters above sea level was unforgettable! Incredibly beautiful mountains, like plush valleys and clouds in several levels! Stunning scenery!
You are Welcome! Pura vida!

I recently spent an incredible two weeks travelling around the Northern Territory of Australia. Having lived in Aus for a couple of years now, I thought it was finally time to explore the Red Centre, an area that is often missed out by backpackers visiting the country (and locals too!). I have to say that this was by far my favourite region that I've visited so far. The dramatic landscapes were truly spectacular to behold. Prior to setting off, I had purchased a drone with which I ...

In January we climbed Doi Langka Luang, also known as Doi Mae Tho, which lies near the junction of the Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Lampang provinces, at the southern tip of the Khun Chae national park. This is the highest peak of the Khun Tan range. At 2031m above sea level, it is about the 8th highest mountain in Thailand.
We did this hike independently in 2 days. It is not a well-known route and we did not see anyone for the whole duration. The night before we stayed at the Baan Kon Meuang ...

I have been collecting clips of my trips in Sri Lanka over the last couple of years. I finally managed to create a video after weeks of hard work.
From hiking and camping in Hortan Plains (A vast plain untouched by human existence), to fabulous train trips along lush green mountains in the hill country, to exploring ancient ruins in pollonnaruwa (not to mention the vast complex of temples and structures, the 7 storey 1000 year old palace, huge statues of Buddah and so on), to swimming ...
In January my girlfriend and I climbed Doi Luang Chiang Dao, Thailand's 3rd highest mountain. This was a challenging but fun 2 day hike with stunning views from the summit and an overnight camp just below it. Here is my vlog of the hike. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KusUInkbeM ...
I am a filmmaker who went travelling around Australia with my trusty old Canon 600D. Hopefully you get a sense of the laid back Australian atmosphere of this stunning country:
